Homework is changing until the Writing SOL comes and goes. Writing is our primary focus in class, which means more "Reading" homework each week will be sent home.
ALL homework will be due on Friday, unless otherwise mentioned.

In addition to the homework listed below, any work not completed in class is also homework for that night. This is due the next day and should be put in the class basket at the beginning of class.

- Read a book on your Lexile level for 20 minutes and complete the reading log (due every Friday) and tasks (due 2/24) on your reading. This new process will begin on 1/31/17. Remember to read across genres.
- Article of the Week (AoW) #1 and rubric (Feel free and complete through Google Classroom or print out. If you need a hardcopy because you don't have internet at home please inform your teacher).

Remember, it MUST be completed on a book you are currently reading and reflected on the reading log. Your goal is to complete two projects each quarter at the minimum.
